A Nevada judge rejected Las Vegas Sands chairman Sheldon Adelson’s attempt to keep television cameras out of the courtroom where he testified in a retrial of a Hong Kong businessman’s suit against the company. Richard Suen is suing for more than $300 million which he argues he is owed for helping the company win a gambling concession in Macau in 2002. Adelson, who has been frequently photographed in public, argued that recorded images could jeopardize his security. Adelson testified that Suen did not provide any help securing the concession. Sands lost in the first trial but the verdict was overtuned on appeal.
