Casino Regulatory Authority signs MoU with UK Gambling Commission

The Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) of Singapore has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Great Britain Gambling Commission (GBGC) at the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) conference in Oslo this week.

The agreement was signed by CRA chief executive Lau Peet Meng and commissioner and chief executive of GBGC Jenny Williams.  The MoU is to pave the way for greater international cooperation and strengthen ties between the two agencies for knowledge sharing, information exchange and training.  Mr Lau has been appointed as president of IAGR, succeeding Susan Hensel – the first time an Asian regulator has been appointed to his position.
