Entertainment Gaming Asia Q3 net loss widens, revenue dips

Entertainment Gaming Asia said its third-quarter net loss widened to $309,000 from $103,000 the same period a year ago. Revenue dipped to $5.65 million from $6.19 million a year earlier, with revenue from gaming products coming in at $1.1 million.

The company said gaming revenue improved slightly because of the contribution from Dreamworld Poipet and an improvement in Dreamworld Pailin, which offset declines in other slot operations. Slot operation performance was pulled down by a decrease in revenue for operations in NagaWorld and in the Philippines.
