Meg-Star receives SGS QualiCert Service Quality Certification

The Venetian Macao Meg-Star International Club (under the Meg-Star Group) has been crowned SGS QualiCertTM Service Quality Certification, in recognition of its pursuit of outstanding luxury service.

QualiCert Certification is one of the world’s best-recognized official sign of independently verified service quality.

It was announced on Monday, during Meg-Star Group’s annual Charity Night and Reunion Gala Dinner on the third floor of the Venetian Macao, attracting 2,000 guests. 

According to Megstar, the Club providing its guests with a full range of exclusive services involving treating guests with a professional image and dedicated service, providing 24-hour limo service, account inquiry, and booking. The certification covers multiple service departments such as concierge, VIP services and cage.

Ben Leong, CEO of Megstar said to “be customer-oriented and pioneer for excellence” has always been the core value of the company. 

The company plans to strictly follow SGS service standards to achieve a uniform and high-quality service level in all venues of the Meg-Star International in 2020.
