Sands Resorts Macao is participating in ‘Macao Week in Shanghai’ from June 3 to 7, introducing The Londoner Macao integrated resort to local residents and tourism industry partners enthusiastic to learn more about the spectacular new British-themed property.

Taking place at Yuanmingyuan Road Pedestrian Street at Waitanyuan, Huangpu District, ‘Macao Week in Shanghai’ is part of a series of physical initiatives staged by the Macao SAR Government to promote the destination in mainland China. The event features a mega roadshow, gastronomy promotion, Macao tourism and MICE presentation seminar, business matching and networking to highlight Macao as a healthy, safe and quality destination.

The Londoner Macao’s booth has attracted large numbers of visitors to enjoy entertaining British-themed dance performances and collect souvenirs. A range of limited-time hotel packages including accommodation, dining, shopping and entertainment are available to Shanghai residents for visits from this June to August.

A product seminar was also held in Shanghai on June 3 to introduce The Londoner Macao to tourism industry and meetings and events partners. The event promoted the leading integrated resorts’ other latest offerings, alongside groundbreaking new interactive experience teamLab SuperNature Macao.

In addition, after a highly successful event last year, Sands China Ltd. is bringing back the Sands Shopping Carnival on July 23-25, 2021, at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Expo. The largest sale event in Macao with over 560 booths, the three-day event provides a free business platform for local SMEs and Sands retailers amid the pandemic period, while providing a fun weekend destination and summer hotspot for local residents and tourists.
