The Yggdrasil Vikings face their latest demonic challenge

Vikings go to Hell is the third game in Yggdrasil Gaming’s popular Vikings series, which has already brought blockbusters as Vikings go Wild and Vikings go Berzerk.

The Vikings series has successfully built an ongoing storyline, with players around the world deeply engaged with the characters and eager to see them in action again.

In the base game our heroes fight demon minions outside the gates of hell and in the Free Spins they enter the underworld to go after the demonic overlords. Defeating the demon chieftain in the first Free Spins level takes the players to the final boss fight with the commander of the forces of darkness himself!

To increase excitement, this launch comes alongside a cinematic trailer, with world-class in-game graphics to match. The creatives were managed by Yggdrasil’s lead creative director, who also worked on the previous game, ensuring recognition and continuity.

The game is not just a progression of the previous Vikings titles. It has a different profile to the previous two games, with higher variance and bigger win potential, making it a likely global favourite.

The popular Berzerk-mode is still there, as is the rage collection, but now you collect rage slightly differently and you collect both in the base game and in free spins.

”We are extremely proud of Vikings go to Hell, and we are confident that fans of the series, and slots in general, will not be disappointed,” said Yggdrasil’s head of slots Jonas Strandman.

”After giving the industry a glimpse of the title in London at ICE, the game is release in May and is set to become one of Yggdrasil’s biggest games to date.”

Vikings go to Hell will be released on May 24, 2018. View the trailer here.
