Macau's retail sales declined 50.7 percent in Q3 to MOP8.92 billion ($1.1 billion), but there was a gain of nearly 30 percent from the prior quarter, according to government figures. 

Macau Oct. visitor arrivals up 30%, length of stay rises

Macau visitor arrivals rose almost 30 percent in October from the prior month, but were down almost 82 percent on the prior year, according to figures from the Statistics and Census Service. There was growth of 7.0 percentage points in the proportion of overnight visitors to 53 percent.
